Lebanon, N.H. — Roger R. Collins, 84, of Lebanon died Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 following a period of declining health.

Roger was born in Enfield, N.H. on Jan. 4, 1932 a son of the late Judson Ruth (Goodell) Collins Sr. He married Leah (Laurent) on Sept. 26, 1953 in West Lebanon. Leah and Roger resided for many years in Lebanon. He served with the US Army during the Korean War. Roger worked for Boisvert Plumbing & Heating and Purcell Oil. He was a life member of the American Legion Post 22 of Lebanon and the VFW. Roger enjoyed repairing antique clocks.

Survivors include his two sons and their spouses, William & Jill Collins of Hinsdale, N.H. and Michael & Jane Collins of Lebanon and five grandchildren.

There will be no calling hours. A private graveside committal service for family and friends to celebrate his life will be conducted at the West Lebanon Cemetery in West Lebanon, N.H., on Tuesday Oct. 11, 2016 at 11 a.m.
