Survived by his wife, Valerie Trelles-Lalumiere; daughter, Brianna Lalumiere; stepdaughter, Kris-tina Lorenz; brother, Rob-ert Lalumiere; sister, Patricia Valliere and many other family members. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Rene “Ed” and Barbara Lalumiere, and his brother, Richard Lalumiere.
Jim was the owner and president of Project Development International for over 30 years.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Aug. 27, at 1 p.m. at Palm Harbor United Methodist Church, 1551 Belcher Rd., Palm Harbor, FL 34683.
