Plainfield, N.H. —
She was born in Norwalk, Conn. on Sept. 23, 1954, the daughter of Hugh “Bud” and Lois (Smith) Dean.
Dotty enjoyed camping, traveling with her husband and spending time with her family including her beloved dog, Ziggy.
She is survived by her husband, Jay F. Wragg whom she married on Oct. 26, 1974, and they were happily married for 41+ years; her son, Corey Wragg of Claremont; her daughter, Lisa Tucker and her husband, John of Enfield; four grandchildren, Torin Wragg, Micheyla Wragg, Elle Wragg and JJ Tucker; her brother, Brian Dean and his wife, Cindy of Redding, Conn.; her sister, Cindy Filep and her husband, John of Trumbull, Conn.; sisters-in-law, Cheryl Watson and her husband, Richard and Dee Meeker and her husband, Bruce; brother-in-law, Gregg Wragg; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her father and mother-in-law, George and Jacqueline Wragg.
Visiting hours will be held at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont on Saturday, Aug. 27 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at the Stringer Funeral Home at 3 p.m.
