She most enjoyed her time spent with the Rivendell Community where she worked closely with and prided herself in the cleanliness of our schools for all her “little ones.”

She was predeceased in death by her parents; two brothers; Arthur F. Godfrey, III “Sonny” and Carl R. Godfrey and a sister; Judith A. Smith.

She is survived by her loving son-in-law, Andrew and daughter, Maritza Stimson of Orford, N.H. and their sons, Andrew Stimson of Orford, Pvt 2 Timothy Stimson, stationed in Colorado and Jacob Stimson of Orford; her loving daughter, Patricia Hayes of Fairlee; and her children Caleb, Hannah, Emma Hayes, Colin and Jack Bates. She was a very proud Mom and Granny. Also survived by her sisters, Josephine Shumway of Bradford, Vt., Florence Keating of Colchester, Vt., Ramona Godfrey of Waterbury, Vt., Karen Benoit and her husband, Michael of Claremont, N.H.; brothers, Frank Godfrey of West Fairlee, Vt., and Fred Godfrey of Barre, Vt.; as well as her Aunt Nellie (Godfrey) Freeman of Barre, Vt; many nieces, nephews, cousins, cherished foster sisters and friends and extended family members.
