Lakeland, Fla . — William H. “Bill” Pierson, 69, passed away peacefully on Saturday July 30, 2016 at the Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Lakeland, Fla. Celebration of Life gatherings will be held in both Florida and Vermont at later dates. Arrangements are being handled by the National Cremation Society.
