Lebanon — Kleen Laundry, citing a “challenging time in the healthcare market,” filed for bankruptcy protection in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Hampshire on Monday. The company said it will continue “to operate in an uninterrupted manner and “fully expect(s) to continue to pay our employees (and) meet our obligations to our suppliers and vendors,” according to a letter distributed to its customers.

Kleen Laundry operates a plant in Lebanon to serve laundry and dry cleaning needs for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in addition to serving consumer retail customers in the Upper Valley.
