A man who declined to give his name retrieves items out of his car after it was destroyed by fire in Norwich, Vt., on July 15, 2016. Nobody was injured in the fire, which took place around 3 p.m. The man said that the car started to smoke while he was driving it, and after he pulled over, it caught fire. Norwich Fire Chief Steve Leinoff said nobody was injured during the incident. Leinoff said the fire started in the engine, and the windshield failed and as the fire spread to the rest of the vehicle.
