Lebanon officials say that the southbound on-ramp at Exit 18 onto Interstate 89 was reopened this morning.
The ramp was closed to traffic starting last Wednesday for construction of a sewer line, and officials had warned about possible back-ups. It caused some confusion among motorists last week. Traffic was flowing smoothly this morning.
