Enfield — The driver of a pickup truck died Monday night and three passengers were injured following a one-car crash on I-89 northbound near Exit 14, police said.

Police this afternoon identified the driver as Kenneth Stone Jr., of Duxbury, Vt. He was 36.

The GMC Sierra pickup truck was towing a car on a trailer shortly before 7 p.m. Monday when it lost control and rolled over in the median, according to a news release from New Hampshire State Police.

All four occupants were transported to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Stone died at the hospital and the three passengers sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

One lane was shut down for about two hours Monday night, police said.
