West Windsor, Vt.— John Osborne, 67, died Saturday April 9, 2016 at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center inLebanon, N.H.  Arrangements are pending with the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor.  A full obituary will follow in a later edition of the Valley News.
