Quechee, Vt. —
She was born Jan. 4, 1928, in Randolph, Vt., a daughter of Albert and Susan (MacWilliams) Ducharme. She attended the Randolph schools and was later married to Everett G. Potter on Jan.11, 1945. They spent their lives together in Quechee.
Dottie was a devoted mother and grandmother who put the needs of others before her own. She was a proud member of the Quechee Community Church UCC in Quechee.
Dottie was predeceased by her beloved husband Everett on Aug. 22, 1994.
She is survived by three sons, Jack Potter of Leesburg, Va., Jason Potter of Fairfax, Va., and Jeff Potter of Quechee; a daughter, Nedra P. Cadiz of Island Park, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a sister, Diane Farrington.
A celebration of life will be held at the Hotel Coolidge in White River Jct., on Friday, April 1 at 1 p.m.
