Weathersfield Selectboard is set to swear in Craig Watrous, a corporal for the Windsor County Sheriff’s Department, as the new police chief at a special meeting on Tuesday, following the termination of the town’s contract with the Sheriff’s Department due to sexual misconduct charges against Sheriff Ryan Palmer.
