Bryan Gould, a longtime lawyer for state Republican organizations and corporate clients, was nominated by Gov. Kelly Ayotte to serve on the New Hampshire Supreme Court and, during his hearing, stated that he would be faithful to the law and recuse himself from cases involving Casella Waste Systems and other former clients.
