The RV, which he said is used as a work truck and tool storage, was parked at the Upper Valley Haven for a period in October where he said he is staying with his fiancée and son. Another RV owner who was camping at the Park-And-Ride on Hartford Avenue and drawing negative attention from neighbors had his vehicle towed last week, and Robinson feels he has now become the target of that public outcry.
