Flooding of Glen Falls Brook damaged a portion of Ken Leclair’s lawn by Lake Morey in Fairlee, Vt., on May 23, 2016. Leclair was in his home when he heard a loud noise and saw a wall of water heading down the brook, and flowing through his lawn. Leclair says he doesn’t know what caused the flooding.
