Barnet, Vt. — A 34-year-old Sunapee man suffered serious injures on Friday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 in Barnet.

Michael Pollari was driving a UniFirst box truck in the southbound travel lane when he crossed into the passing lane and went through the guardrail, according to a Vermont State Police news release. His truck, which was totaled, came to a rest in the median.

Pollari suffered “serious” injuries in the crash and was flown to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, the release said.
