Barnard, Vt. — Eleanor W. Tatro, 81, of Barnard, died Tuesday morning, Sept. 20, 2016, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H.

Graveside Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24 at Silver Lake Cemetery in Barnard.
