Grafton, N.H.—
She was born in Danbury, N.H. on Oct. 13, 1934 the daughter of Edward and Edith (Woodward) Stevens.
Louise graduated from Andover High School, was married in 1954 and lived the rest of her life in Grafton. She was a dedicated stay-at-home Mom.
Active in her community, Louise was a member of the Ladies Benevolent Society, the Grafton Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and was active with the Recreation Committee. She had served as a cemetery trustee, a ballot clerk and the town hall supervisor. Louise was a member of the Millbrook Christian Fellowship. She loved having long conversations and chatting on the phone with friends. She also enjoyed bingo and doing word searches.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donald, in 2007 and all of her siblings, Marion Langley, Mary Smith, Doris Huntoon, Dorothy Ford, Evelyn Smith, Ralph, Lawrence, Frank and Edward Stevens. She is survived by three children, Cynthia and her husband, Clifton Jipson of Grafton, N.H.; Glen Gallup of New London, N.H. and Terri and her husband, Keith Sliker of Grafton, N.H.; a daughter-in-law, Michele Gallup of Danbury, N.H.; 12 grandchildren, Cheryl, Jill, Amanda, Jonathan, JJ, Kyle, Eric, Rebecca, Travis, Tammie, Kimmie and Heath; 10 great grandchildren, Matthew, Timothy, Beckie, Brianna, Samantha, William, Lacy, Karyssa, Jaxson, Caiden; 1 great great granddaughter, Madyson; nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Pine Grove Cemetery, Grafton, N.H. with The Rev. Thomas Warner, pastor of Millbrook Christian Fellowship, officiating.
