BREVARD, NC — Joshua David Kempe, son of G. Steven Kempe passed away unexpectedly on 9-11-2019 at his home in Brevard, NC.
Joshua was born 7-22-1980 in Hartford, Ct . He attended Connecticut Schools and North Carolina Wayne CC. He was self employed and worked at garden maintenance and landscaping. He enjoyed playing the keyboard, computer repair and restoring plants to their former beauty.
He is survived by his father and stepmother LucyMary Kempe of Springfield, Vt, his mother Barbara Rose Layman of Castleton, Vt, his sister Dawne Michelle Hensley and her two sons, stepsister Rosalina Layman, and stepbrother Robert layman.
A memorial service will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Church located at 21 Fairground Road, Springfield, Vt, on 10-27-2019 at 12:00 PM. We invite family, friends and our Congregation to join us in the celebration of Joshua’s life. All are invited to the reception following the affirmation of life at the attached reception area.
