Claremont  — Police have identified the man who died on Sunday afternoon in Moody Park after his car fell on him while he was working on it.

The 37-year-old victim was James M. Dearborn of Charlestown, according to a Claremont Police Department news release issued on Monday.

Police say Dearborn was working on his car when the equipment he was using became loose, causing the vehicle to fall on him. When first responders removed him from under the car, he was unresponsive.

The incident remains under investigation.
