TUNBRIDGE, VT — Scott Howard Russell passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at his home in Tunbridge, Vermont. He was born on June 14, 1960, in Burlington, Vermont, to Lorraine Clark Russell and Paul C. Russell. He grew up in Tunbridge on his family’s dairy farm. He attended school in Tunbridge and South Royalton. In recent years he worked as a groundskeeper at the Woodstock Inn and Resort in the summers and at Suicide Six Ski Area in the winters.

Scott was predeceased by his father, Paul C. Russell and his brother, Mark Russell. He is survived by his mother, Lorraine (Clark) Withington; his wife Lynne Russell; his children Logan Russell (Nick Bent), Danielle Castro (Sean), and Shannon Bavos; his nieces and nephews Paul (Buck) Russell, Brooke Russell, and Tommi Hoyt; brothers and sisters-in-law Christine and Tom Hoyt and Shawn and Mary-Margaret Carroll; his mother-in-law, Patti Rudder; his grandchildren Aaron, Madisen, Jordan, Aaliyah, Nikayla, Kaylee and Cecilia.

Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and watching the Cowboys when they were winning. He also loved spending time with his wife and family – especially his grandchildren. He was happy when he was driving his Chevy Camaro, traveling with his wife, or hanging out with his dogs, Cabella and Chi Chi.
