WINDSOR, VT — Ramona B. Noel, 85, a long time resident of Windsor, died Friday January 24, 2020 at Country Village Community Care in Bellows Falls. At her request there will be no services. Knight Funeral Home in Windsor has been entrusted with arrangements.
