WHITE RIVER JUNCTION โ The Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire will now be known as Dartmouth Health Home Care.
The VNH joined the Dartmouth Health system in 2016 and is based at 88 Prospect St., in White River Junction, according to the organization’s website. It serves more than 140 communities in New Hampshire and Vermont.
โThis announcement is the culmination of VNHโs strategic plan, launched in the fall of 2024, to recreate who we are, what we offer, and how we do it,โ Tammy L. Tarsa, who was appointed CEO and president of Dartmouth Health Home Care last summer, said in a Wednesday news release. โOur longstanding commitment to the region is illustrated by an extensive network of partnerships, our strong presence in dozens of local communities and the positive outcomes we help patients and families achieve.โ
Dartmouth Health Home Care provides a variety of services, including rehabilitation care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, hospice care, maternal child health care, personal care and support groups, according to its website. It has a 3 out of 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
