THETFORD โ With the driver still in the vehicle, Thetford Fire Chief Chad Whitcomb, with his father and a member of the Thetford Fire Department, Dan Whitcomb, works on cutting the roof off of a Ford Maverick involved in a two-vehicle crash on I-91 south in Thetford on Tuesday morning.
Martha Ilsley, of Post Mills, said she was driving to work in White River Junction when she heard a big crash.
She had been hit from behind, sending her car off the highway. Ilsley said she had a bump on her head, but was not severely injured.
The driver of the second vehicle was transported to the hospital.
