After two people were found dead in vehicles in Concord last week, another person was discovered dead in a vehicle in Hooksett, N.H., on Wednesday morning.
At 7:33 a.m., New Hampshire State Troopers found the body of an adult male inside a vehicle parked at the southbound rest area of the Welcome Center on Interstate 93 in Hooksett.
Authorities said in a news release that the investigation is ongoing and there is no information to suggest the death is suspicious.
The New Hampshire State Fire Marshal’s Office is also assisting in the investigation to determine whether carbon monoxide may have been a factor in the man’s death. Hooksett Fire Department also assisted.
The person’s identity has not been released, as officials are waiting for an autopsy to be completed and for the family to be notified.
On Friday afternoon, two men were found dead in vehicles parked at the Walmart parking lot in Concord, and authorities said their deaths were not considered suspicious.
There were also unconfirmed reports of a man found deceased in a vehicle at a Manchester liquor store parking lot on Saturday.
