We’d like to thank folks from Plainfield and Cornish for coming out on Wednesday evening to hear and ask questions of our three state legislators — Sen. Sue Prentiss (D), Rep. Bill Palmer (D) and Rep. Margaret Drye (R). Particularly given the state of national affairs, it was rewarding that the legislators and questioners addressed differences and areas of agreement in a respectful and civil manner at an event co-sponsored by the towns’ Democratic and Republican Committees.
