LEBANON โ The city’s Planning Board unanimously approved a request for development of 44 additional parking spaces for Revo Casino and Social House.
โWe have the benefit of being a business that is growing strongly,โ Stefan Huba, the chief development officer for the owners of the casino, said at the Planning Board’s Monday meeting. โWe are very successful, and we need to have additional parking during the growth period.”

Customers “are currently parking across the street. Theyโre currently parking at the neighborโs parking lot. Theyโre currently parking wherever they find parking,โ Huba said.
Lebanon Poker Room & Casino, the owner of the property, filed the application. Located at 369 Miracle Mile, the businessโ 17,000-square-foot building was completed in 2024, the application said.
The tenant of the building, Revo Casino and Social House, is a charitable gaming and restaurant business with 35% of its profits going to charity, as required by state law.
The lot currently has 93 spaces, with an additional six off-site at the adjacent lot โ 351 Miracle Mile, the former Harley Davidson dealership.
The casino determined that more parking is needed to accommodate the demand of guests and employees, the application reads.
The construction at the west end of the current parking lot is set to add 44 spots, increasing the total to 137, according to a statement in the application by Adam Morse, a project manager.
The site of the new parking spaces was previously undeveloped and unpaved, according to the application.
The development of the lot will include new paving, curbing, landscaping, lighting and drainage improvements, Morse wrote in the application.
The board unanimously denied the continued use of the six parking spots at 351 Miracle Mile once the construction is completed.
Lebanon Poker Room & Casino did not file requirements for wetland delineation, stormwater management and landscaping. Deputy Planning and Development Director Tim Corwin said it is not unusual for these to be filed after the application.
The business will need a certified wetland scientist to do the required wetland delineation study.
Corwin said he was uncertain about the timeline of the project in relation to the studies.
In his eight years in the city’s planning office, Corwin has seen studies finished in a week, several months, or never, he said in a Tuesday phone interview.
โIt really varies,โ Corwin said. โThe timelines are almost always within the control of the applicant.โ
Casino officials could not be reached before deadline.
