SPRINGFIELD, N.H. — Starting next Monday, Georges Mill Road at the intersection of Fisher Corner Road and Stryker Road will close for approximately 30 days.
The road is set to reopen on Aug. 13, according to a news release from the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.
Fisher Corner Road will be inaccessible from I-89 at Exit 12A in both directions. Drivers should instead use Route 114 as a detour, taking Exit 13 when driving from the north and Exit 11 from the south.
Similarly, access onto I-89 from Georges Mill Road will follow Route 114. Southbound drivers will be able to enter I-89 at Exit 11, and northbound drivers at Exit 13.
Stryker Road will remain accessible in both directions from Exit 12A on I-89.
Sargent Corporation of Orono, Maine is the prime contractor of this $2.4 million culvert replacement project.
