Windsor, Vt. — Beth K. Bissonnette, 94, a former longtime resident of Ascutney, passed away Sunday morning, Oct. 30, 2016, at the Cedar Hill Health Care Center in Windsor. Arrangements are pending with the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor. A memorial service will be held next summer at a day, time and place to be announced.
