Mary worked as a cook at the Vermont State Hospital in Waterbury for many years and at Valley Vista in Bradford, as well as at Connecticut Valley Auto Auction and Delphia Construction.
Mary loved spending time with her immediate and extended families and enjoyed the creativity of painting her fingernails various different colors with intricate designs.
She is survived by her sisters, Donna Delphia of Waterbury and Penny (Mohammad) Moussawi of South Burlington; niece, Tracy (Jeffrey) Cook; nephews, David (Brittany) Davison, Jordan (Carol), Timothy (Manda), William (Jodi) Baker; great-nieces, nephews, great-great nieces and nephews. She had three very special great-nieces, Lynzie, Olivia, Alyza Davison that she used to babysit. She was predeceased by siblings Kenneth, Brenda, Clarence “Bill”, Alson and Johnny Baker and husband Roger Morse. She leaves many extended family members and friends whom she loved dearly.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of the CVMC Davis ICU Unit and 2 South for their care of Mary during her stays at the hospital.
Friends and family are invited to a time of visitation from the Perkins-Parker Funeral Home in Waterbury on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., concluded with a brief prayer service. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Duxbury.
