After riding for the first time in 30 years on Tuesday, Martina Quellman, of Hanover, who turned 94 last week, pets Bart, while volunteers Richard Sachs, left, and Liz Claud, the former executive director of High Horses Therapeutic Riding wait to help Quellman dismount at High Horses Therapeutic Riding Program at Brookside Farm in Wilder. Though this was her first time back in the saddle in 30 years, Quellman grew up riding in Germany and for years ran a riding stable in Thetford Center.
