Stewartstown, N.H. — Stephen A. Tracy, 58, formerly of Cornish, N.H. died Friday evening, Dec. 2, 2016 at the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in Colebrook, N.H.  Arrangements are pending at the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor, Vt.
