Lebanon, N.H. — Marjorie E. Adams, died peacefully on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at Brookside Nursing Home. She was 87. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lebanon for many years. She enjoyed working in her flower garden, loved her pets and being with her family.

Marjorie was predeceased by her husband George in 2014, her mother Helen Hurlburt, four brothers, Edward, Francis, Robert and Douglas Hurlburt, and a sister, Dorothy Henderson. She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Oaks-Schmitt and husband Al; grandsons, Bobby Oakes Sr. and wife, Patty, John Oakes and wife, Carin; great-granddaughters, Jennifer Labbie and husband, Todd and Brittany Mathers; great-grandsons, Bobby Oakes Jr., Dylan Oakes and JT Mathers; three great-great-granddaughters, Madison and Brenna Labbie and Grace Stark. She had many nieces and nephews. Marjorie always appreciated Sandi Eaton for her love and dedication.

Family and friends are invited to the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon on Thursday, April 28, 2016, for a calling hour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Her funeral will begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home; burial will follow in the Valley Cemetery in Lebanon.
