BRADFORD, Vt. — Northbound motorists may encounter a rolling roadblock on Interstate 91 north of Norwich on Tuesday morning.
Green Mountain Traffic Control said the rolling roadblock will start at 9 a.m. at mile marker 79 and proceed north to mile marker 99, just north of the Bradford exit.
The roadblock is taking place as Green Mountain Power removes a utility line. Work is expected to be completed by noon.
