Those are two of the 75 questions that are part of a questionnaire that will be used to pick the federal court jury that will hear the case against Donald Fell, the man facing a second death penalty trial for the killing of Terry King.
The Burlington Free Press reported that in mid-February potential jurors are scheduled to arrive at three federal courthouses across Vermont to fill out the questionnaire. Fell was convicted and sentenced to death in 2005, but the verdict was overturned due to juror misconduct.
