Dade City, Fla. — A graveside committal service for Elsie M. Feilder Rice, who died March 8, 2016, will be held Saturday morning, Sept. 17, at 10 a.m. in the Hartford Cemetery in White River Jct., Vt. The Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct. is in charge of arrangements.
