HANOVER — Rabbi Moshe Leib Gray led attendees in a blessing during a menorah lighting on the second night of Hanukkah on the Dartmouth Green on Monday night.
The Hanover Police Department stationed cruisers on all four corners of the Green in light of recent shootings at a Hanukkah event in Australia and at Brown University.
“Security is more important than ever,” said Gray, who knew victims of the attack in Bondi Beach. “This hits very close to home.”
